General Policy

Once an SMS is received and activation is completed, refunds for purchased numbers will not be issued. If you do not receive an SMS within the specified time, your funds will be automatically refunded after activation is canceled.

For any issues related to service delivery, we recommend contacting our support team for assistance.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests will be honored under the following circumstances:

1. Non-Receipt of SMS

If you do not receive an SMS due to server-related issues, please contact us for support. Claims must be submitted within 5 days of purchase.

Failure to submit within 5 days will result in the product being considered activated, forfeiting your right to a refund.

2. Invalid Virtual Number

If the purchased number fails to function as intended (e.g., for 2FA verification), you must provide evidence (such as screenshots) to support your claim.

Requests must be submitted within 5 days of purchase. Late submissions will be considered activated, voiding refund eligibility.

3. Major Defects

While all services undergo rigorous testing, unforeseen errors may occur. In such cases:

  • We reserve the right to resolve the issue within 5 days
  • If unresolved, we'll issue a full refund or replacement
  • Troubleshooting may require temporary system access

Limitations

Important: Refunds are not provided for:

  • User errors or incorrect API usage
  • Incompatibility with third-party software
  • Software bugs resulting from user configuration

We do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party applications.
