Important Notice: By depositing funds, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All deposits are final and non-refundable
- Funds can only be used for services within our platform
- We do not offer any withdrawal options to external payment methods
- No refunds will be provided via bank transfer, UPI, USDT, or any other payment method
No Refund Policy
We maintain a strict no-refund policy under all circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Non-receipt of SMS or activation codes
- Invalid or non-functional virtual numbers
- User errors or incorrect usage of services
- Technical issues or service interruptions
- Change of mind or accidental deposits
- Account termination or suspension
Once funds are deposited into your InstaOTP account, they cannot be withdrawn to external payment methods under any circumstances.
Balance Transfer Between Users
InstaOTP provides a balance transfer feature that allows users to transfer funds to other InstaOTP users under the following conditions:

Note: Balance transfers are intended for user-to-user transactions only and do not constitute a withdrawal method. All transferred funds remain subject to InstaOTP's terms of service and refund policy.
Funds Usage
All deposited funds must be used exclusively for services within the InstaOTP platform. Funds:
- Cannot be converted to cash or cryptocurrency for withdrawal
- Can only be transferred to other InstaOTP users (minimum 100 INR)
- Have no monetary value outside our platform
- Do not accrue interest
Service Guarantees
While we strive to provide reliable services, we cannot guarantee:
- 100% uptime or availability of services
- Compatibility with all third-party applications
- Successful delivery of all SMS or activation codes
By using our services, you accept these limitations and agree that they do not constitute grounds for refunds.
Digital Product Nature
InstaOTP provides temporary virtual numbers and email addresses for receiving OTP SMS for anonymous registration and security purposes. These OTPs are digital products with the following characteristics:
- Once delivered, they cannot be returned or revoked
- They are consumed immediately upon use
- They have no tangible form or physical delivery
Due to the nature of these digital products, our platform follows a strict no-refund policy and does not allow withdrawal of funds to any bank account.
Deposit Acknowledgement
Before making any deposit, you must explicitly acknowledge that:
"I acknowledge and agree that deposited funds cannot be withdrawn to external payment methods. All deposits are final and non-refundable, to be used exclusively for services within the InstaOTP platform. I understand that no refunds will be provided via bank transfer, UPI, USDT, or any other payment method under any circumstances. I acknowledge that balance transfers to other users (minimum 100 INR) are available but do not constitute a withdrawal method."
